Delivery Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations General Manager, the Delivery Manager is primarily responsible for coordinating and managing the entire software development process to ensure effective delivery. Overseeing projects to ensure its success by coordinating teams, resources, and activities in line with Scrum principles and the redPanda strategy.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Delivery Management
- Deliver on time and within scope
- Backlog Grooming
- Sprint Planning
- Ensure that Original Estimates are in place for All Epics, Stories and Sub-Tasks related to a Sprint.
- Ensure that stories are well defined and to fit within one sprint (5-7 days)
- Daily tracking of team(s) and/or project(s)
- Identify Sprint Burn Down rate
- Produce Sprint Burn Down Reports
- Ensure team(s) deliver Velocity at 70% efficiency of Raw Capacity for each sprint.
- Ensure UAT failures are less than 5% for each UAT deployment iteration for each team or project
2. Client and Stakeholder Management
- Provide Progress Reports
- Manage Client Expectations
3. Team Management
- Manage performance by ensuring goal setting is complete for teams and reviewing performance.
- Manage productivity by ensuring daily Tempo time logging for all team(s).

Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading and/or managing a team
- A minimum of 5 years’ Project Management experience within a Software Development environment.
- A minimum of 5 Years retail experience
- Experience with Agile, Scrum
- A scrum certification
- A related Diploma or degree is advantageous
- History of successful project delivery.
