12 month programme

Based in Cape Town Southern Suburbs, redPanda will be launching a 12-month Internship Programme, kicking off in April/ May 2025. This exciting opportunity will be focusing on areas such as:

• Database Administrators
• QA Software Testing Analysts
• Software Support Analysts (SQL)
• IT Technical Specialists

The programme will start with a whistle-stop tour through the business which will include a 2-week rotation through all areas within the company so that interns are exposed to all facets of the business. This time should give interns a clear view of the overall operations of redPanda Software.
After the whistle-stop tour, a deep dive functional learning programme will follow and will be done by pairing interns with Mentors and placing them within the development departments. We will do our best to match interns to the area that they best fit into while considering required resource levels.

• Based in Cape Town
• Completed degree/diploma or related is compulsary (Must have qualification at NQF 5, 6, 7 or 8)
• No previous internship
• Available immedidately and full time
